We are BEserved LLC — a women-owned, mobile bartending company based in Contra Costa County and the Bay Area. Whether it is a wedding, corporate gala, or intimate gathering, our goal is to create an unforgettable bar experience tailored to you.
We are a dry-hire service, meaning you provide the alcohol and we bring the expertise, the flair, the signature cocktails, and the good vibes. Every event is handled with professionalism, warmth, and a touch of elegance.

Every package includes a custom drink menu built with you. Choose from our favorites below, or let us design something entirely your own.
Have a favorite flavor or idea? Let us know and we can create a custom signature drink for your event. Up to 3 custom signature drinks are available — designed just for you and your guests.

Rentals & Extras
Everything beyond the bar. Add any of these to a bartending package or rent them on their own — games to keep guests mingling, cocktail tables dressed in your colors, and machines that turn a corner of the room into its own little station.
Oversized, crowd-pleasing games for the yard, patio or reception space. Rent one or take the whole set.
$20 per game to start. Tell us which games you want and how long you need them and we will confirm the total.
Cocktail-height tables so guests always have somewhere to set a drink and gather. Dress them up with linen matched to your event colors.
$10 per table to start. Add a linen runner or cloth for $20 per table, matched to your event colors.
A classic popcorn machine delivered ready to pop — the easiest way to add a little something extra to a late night or an outdoor movie.
$50 flat for the event, with the popcorn and the popcorn bags included. Nothing else to buy.
An additional service added to your bar for a dedicated coffee hour — not a stand-alone event. Ideal for late-night receptions, brunches and corporate mornings.
$300 additional service. Added to your bar service for a coffee hour — the espresso machine is an add-on, not a stand-alone event.
Inventory can be added to any bartending package. Availability depends on your date — tell us what you would like in the inquiry form and we will confirm what is free and what it comes to.

Securing Your Date
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. We accept Venmo.
