Service Agreement

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and hold your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
• Payment is accepted via Venmo only.

BEserved LLC requires that one of the following gratuity options be selected for each event.

• Client-Paid Gratuity — The client may choose to provide a gratuity of $250 per bartender. When this option is selected, no tip jar will be displayed during the event.
• Tip Jar Option — If the client chooses not to provide the $250 per bartender gratuity, the client agrees to permit BEserved LLC bartenders to display a tip jar and/or electronic tipping option during the event. All guest tipping is completely voluntary.

• The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellation within 14 days of the event date forfeits the full balance.
• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

Client agrees to provide a level bar area of approximately 8' × 8', shelter from direct sun or rain for outdoor events, access to a standard electrical outlet where available, and ice storage space.

BEserved LLC is a dry-hire bartending service; all alcohol is purchased, owned and supplied by the client. BEserved LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid identification, and is not responsible for the actions of guests, for alcohol consumed outside of bartender service, or for any loss or damage to client or venue property not caused by BEserved LLC. Client is responsible for compliance with all venue rules and local ordinances regarding alcohol service.

The safety of BEserved LLC staff is a condition of service. Client agrees to the following for the duration of the event:

• Safe work area — A level, dry, adequately lit bar area with safe walking access for set-up and break-down, and shelter from extreme heat, sun, wind or rain for outdoor events.
• Hazards disclosed in advance — Client will disclose known hazards such as stairs, uneven ground, unsecured pets, open flames, pyrotechnics or ongoing construction, and will keep them clear of the bar area.
• Basic provisions — Access to restroom facilities, drinking water, and a short paid break for events scheduled longer than five hours.
• Zero tolerance for harassment — Harassment, discrimination, threats, physical contact, or verbally abusive behavior toward any bartender will not be tolerated. Bartenders may refuse service to that guest and ask the client to intervene.
• Right to refuse or suspend service — Bartenders may refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, is unable to provide valid identification, or attempts to take alcohol behind the bar, without dispute from the client.
• Right to stop service and leave — If conditions become unsafe — fighting, weapons, threats, severe weather, unsafe electrical conditions, or an unsafe crowd — bartenders may suspend service, and if the condition is not corrected, end service and leave the event. In that event the full contracted balance remains due and no refund is issued.
• No unsafe tasks — Bartenders will not climb ladders or roofs, move heavy furniture or equipment, handle broken glass or biohazards outside the bar area, or drive guests. Bartenders do not provide security or crowd control.
• Alcohol service limits — Service ends at the contracted end time. Bartenders will not over-pour, serve anyone under 21, or leave open bottles unattended for self-service.
• Emergencies — Client will provide an on-site contact reachable during the event and, for venue events, will identify the venue emergency contact and nearest exit.
• Security recommended — For events of 150 or more guests, BEserved LLC recommends the client arrange professional security or a designated venue contact.
